2
Convenient location: It is located near most hotels in Columbus, making it accessible for visitors staying in the area.
3
Covered parking available: This adds convenience and protection from weather elements for guests.
4

CONS
1
Customer service issues: Several reviews mention poor dealer interaction and unfriendly staff, which detracts from the overall experience. Some dealers are described as unengaged or having negative attitudes toward customers.
2
High minimum bets on tables: Minimums such as $25 at tables are considered high compared to other casinos like those in Las Vegas, potentially alienating casual or lower-stakes players.
3
Tight slot machines post-COVID: Players report that winning opportunities have decreased significantly after COVID-related changes, making gameplay less enjoyable due to fewer free spins or jackpots.
4
Parking lot safety concerns: There are complaints about unsafe parking conditions leading to vehicle damage such as tire punctures.
5
Crowded during peak times: The casino can become very busy on weekends or peak hours, which may impact comfort and service quality.
